  2. Notwithstanding the above, in the following cases, the provision of such information will not be considered a provision to third parties:

    3. Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

However, if disclosure may fall under any of the following cases, all or part of the information may not be disclosed, and if a decision is made not to disclose, the individual will be notified without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each disclosure request.

    2. When there is a risk of significantly hindering the proper execution of the Company’s business
    3. When disclosure would violate other laws

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

  1. Users may request correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “Correction, etc.”) of their personal information held by the Company if it contains erroneous information, following the procedures specified by the Company.
  2. If the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to such a request, it will promptly make the necessary corrections.
  3. The Company will notify users without delay if corrections are made or if a decision is made not to make corrections.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

  1. If the individual requests the suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension, etc.”) of personal information due to it being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or acquired by illegal means, the Company will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
  2. Based on the results of the investigation, if it is determined that the request should be complied with, the Company will promptly suspend the use of the relevant personal information.
  3. The Company will notify users without delay if such actions are taken or if a decision is made not to take action.
  4. Notwithstanding the above, if the suspension involves significant costs or if it is difficult to suspend use, but alternative measures can be taken to protect the user’s rights and interests, the Company will take those alternative measures.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

  1. The contents of this Policy may be changed without notifying users, except for matters specified by law or otherwise in this Policy.
  2. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised privacy policy will take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
